No. We offer a pay-as-you-go service with no contracts. One month of advance notice is required to cancel your service and you are billed for the first month of service upfront.

It takes 5 business days from the day the order is placed to install our Internet service. You can choose an installation appointment during weekday mornings, afternoons and evenings or Saturday morning and afternoon. As soon as your order is placed, one of our service representatives will contact you to book an installation appointment time.
